About One Revolution:
Mobility represents independence and integration—something denied to the disabled in much of the world. One Revolution's mission is to give people opportunities to live their lives more fully by
Many disabled people suffer obstacles that could be eliminated, or at least minimized. One Revolution seeks solutions by working with those who are affected. By adapting the Handcycle that Chris Waddell used to climb Kilimanjaro to one that can be easily and affordably manufactured throughout the world, One Revolution can provide the gift of mobility to the disabled. The new “All-Terrain Handcycle” represents an opportunity to expand people’s lives by allowing them to traverse rutted, sandy, and rocky roads to participate in commerce and support a family.
One Revolution is working in Tanzania to produce the first All-Terrain Handcycles. Through fundraising, One Revolution will distribute Handcycles and wheelchairs and provide vocational opportunities for people with disabilities.
